Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

By Telephone - after 2.00pm. Please note delivery of prescription items by Living Care Pharmacies need to be arranged separately by ringing 01422 353533
Online – follow the link at the top of this page and carry out a simple registration.
Electronic prescribing - The practice is piloting a new service whereby the patient can order the prescription in the normal way but instead of having to come to surgery to collect the prescription, they can nominate a pharmacy that it can be sent to electronically. This service is not available for all prescriptions due to the restrictions around prescribing. Please ask your pharmacy for further details. Please note the practice cannot suggest or recommend pharmacies.
If you send a representative to collect your medication they may be asked for identification. Please do not send children under 16.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
Please allow two full working days between requesting and collecting your medication.
